Pet strollers are for pets weighing no more than 30 kg (Large Stroller) and 17 kg (Small Stroller).
Borrowers are required to pay a deposit of HK$100 (per stroller), which will be refunded upon the return of the pet stroller.
"Fighting dogs" or other "known dangerous dogs" as classified under the Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Cap 167D) are not permitted to enter the mall or use this rental service.
The aforementioned items are restricted to use within the mall only. To ensure safety, visitors should use elevators to travel between floors.
If the returned pet stroller is damaged, defiled, or lost, the deposit paid by the borrower will be forfeited, and compensation must be made at the original price.
Borrowers must bring the original borrowing receipt and the pet stroller to the Customer Service Centre on L1 to process the deposit refund procedures.
The mall provides the aforementioned service for the convenience of shoppers. Borrowers must use the pet stroller properly and shall not use it for any illegal or improper purposes. Users must ensure their own safety, as well as that of their pets and/or property/belongings, and shall be solely responsible for any injury to others and/or others' pets, and/or any damage or loss caused to others' property/belongings during their stay at the mall. The Company shall not be held liable for any such injuries, damages, and/or losses, regardless of whether they were caused by the mall or other reasons.
Borrowers must return the item(s) to the Customer Service Centre on L1 within 3 hours and before 10:00 PM on the same day. If the borrower fails to return the pet stroller before 10:00 PM on the date of rental, the deposit will be deducted, and the borrower will be required to pay an administrative fee of HK$200 per day until it is returned.
The mall reserves the right to amend or cancel the rental arrangements, or reject any rental application at any time without prior notice or providing any reason.
