Each VIC member is limited to redeeming one (1) electronic admission pass for "The War of Beauties" promotional event during the promotion period. Quotas are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. The redemption will terminate immediately without prior notice once the passes are fully redeemed.
Customers are limited to redeeming each type of gift/pass once during the promotion period.
Starting from November 5, 2026, VIC members can redeem an electronic admission pass for the event using the designated 15 VIC points. Seats are assigned randomly and cannot be chosen by the member. Quotas are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. The redemption will terminate immediately without prior notice once the passes are fully redeemed.
On the day of the event (November 5 / Note: as per the event date above, this refers to event day), VIC members must present the electronic admission pass within the VIC App to staff for verification in order to attend the event. Please enter the venue 15 minutes before the event starts.
Each electronic admission pass admits one person only to participate in the event.
If any fraudulent or deceptive behavior is discovered on the part of a member, any gifts/passes obtained and/or redeemed will be immediately cancelled or revoked.
Saving seats or queuing on behalf of others is strictly not permitted. Electronic admission passes are non-commercial items, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-resellable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other gifts.
Plaza Hollywood shall not bear any responsibility for any delays, losses, errors, or unrecognizability of submitted or received data caused by network issues, system malfunctions, telephone reception problems, third-party application interception, or account login issues that prevent customers from electronically redeeming their passes.
In the event of inclement weather or special circumstances, Plaza Hollywood reserves the right to change the event date and time. No compensation will be provided for any losses arising from such changes or cancellations, and the event for that day will be cancelled without prior notice.
Plaza Hollywood Limited reserves the final right of interpretation regarding the content and terms & conditions of this event. In case of any disputes, the decision of the on-site staff shall be final and binding, and customers shall not raise any objections.
